• Personal Info: Name, Phone Number, Email.

• Vehicle Info: Make, Model, Plate Number, and Location.

• Service Data: Photos of your vehicle taken by our staff before and after the wash (for quality assurance and liability proof).

2. PAYMENT INFORMATION (AUTO-DEDUCT)
To facilitate subscription services and automatic deductions:

• Scrubup does not store your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVV on our servers.

• Payments are processed via a secure third-party payment gateway (PCI-DSS compliant).

• We retain an encrypted "Token" provided by the gateway to initiate recurring billing for your subscription. By using the service, you consent to this tokenization.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• Service Delivery: To navigate our staff to your location.

• Safety & Liability: "Before and After" photos are stored to verify the condition of the vehicle in case of damage claims.

• Marketing: To send you offers and updates (you may opt-out at any time).

4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell your data. We only share data with trusted third parties essential for operations (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting services, map/navigation providers).

5. YOUR RIGHTS
Under UAE Data Protection Laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your account. Please note that we may retain certain transaction and vehicle service records for legal and liability purposes even after account deletion.
