1. GENERAL REFUND RULES
Scrubup strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Refunds are processed based on the following guidelines:


2. SERVICE QUALITY ISSUES
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the wash:

  • Reporting Window: You must report the issue via the App or Customer Support within 24 hours of the service completion.

  • Evidence: You must provide clear photos of the missed areas or quality issues.

  • Resolution: Scrubup reserves the right to offer a "Re-Wash" to rectify the issue. Monetary refunds for quality issues are granted only at the Company’s discretion if a Re-Wash is not feasible.


3. DAMAGE CLAIMS & COMPENSATION
In the rare event of damage to a vehicle:

  • Cap: Any financial compensation or refund issued for vehicle damage is strictly capped at AED 5,000 as per our Terms and Conditions.

  • Exclusions: No refunds or compensation will be issued for claims regarding loss of cash, cheques, or valuables left in the vehicle.


4. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

  • Automatic Deductions: Subscription fees are non-refundable once the deduction has been processed.

  • Mid-Cycle Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will retain access to the service until the cycle ends, but no pro-rated refund will be provided for the unused days.


5. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
