Please remove valuables, important documents, and loose personal belongings from the cabin, boot, door pockets, and glove compartment. Make sure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and identify the parking bay clearly. If using a steam or pressure-based service, choose a suitable shaded space for the midday period where required. Share any access instructions for gated communities or basements.

ScrubUp is designed to work efficiently in many residential, workplace, basement, and gated-community parking situations. However, services are not available in RTA parking zones. Steam and pressure wash appointments between 12 PM and 3 PM require shade. Before booking, check that your building or parking operator permits vehicle cleaning and that technicians can safely access the car.

Timing depends on the selected package. Eco Wash typically takes 60–70 minutes, while Pressure Wash and Steam Wash generally take 70–80 minutes. Signature Wash takes around 3–4 hours, and Quick Detailing takes approximately 4–6 hours. Full detailing, interior deep cleaning, polishing, and graphene-coating packages are full-day services, often arranged with pickup and drop-off.

For sand, mud, road grime, and debris around lower panels or wheel arches, Pressure Wash is a practical choice because it uses high-density foam followed by high-pressure cleaning. For a more complete refresh, choose Signature Wash or Quick Detailing. If the vehicle has deep scratches, oxidation, stubborn cabin soil, or embedded odours, Full Detailing or Interior Deepclean provides more restorative work.

Steam cleaning is a chemical-free method that uses high-temperature vapour to loosen grime and sanitise surfaces such as upholstery, mats, vents, and door panels. Ozone treatment is used to neutralise organic odours from smoke, food, or pets at a molecular level. The appropriate treatment is selected and performed by trained technicians based on the vehicle’s materials and service package.

ScrubUp service descriptions state that appointments include up to AED 1,000 damage cover. For a smooth visit, note any existing damage or sensitive areas when booking and remove personal valuables before the team begins.
