You can schedule a ScrubUp wash through the mobile app, website, or WhatsApp. Choose the wash package that suits your vehicle’s condition, select an available appointment time, and provide your parking location and access details. Including information such as a basement level, gate procedure, or parking bay helps the technician reach your vehicle smoothly and begin service on time.

Choose Eco Wash for regular maintenance on a lightly soiled vehicle; it includes an exterior wash, interior cleaning, tyre and rim cleaning, and vacuuming. Pressure Wash is better for sand, mud, road film, and heavier grime. Choose Steam Wash when cabin hygiene, odour reduction, or cleaning around upholstery and vents is a priority, particularly for families and pet owners.

Eco Wash typically takes 60–70 minutes, while Pressure Wash and Steam Wash generally take 70–80 minutes. Actual timing can vary with the vehicle’s size, condition, and access at the parking location. Quick Detailing and premium wash options require longer appointments because they include more extensive decontamination, interior treatment, and paint-care work. Review the package duration when choosing your booking slot.

You do not need to wait beside the vehicle throughout the wash, provided the ScrubUp team can access the car and parking area as arranged. Make sure any necessary entry instructions, vehicle access requirements, and parking details are shared when booking. Yes. ScrubUp is designed for mobile service and works efficiently in many basement, residential, and gated parking settings. The team uses service methods suited to the location, including water-efficient options. Services are not available in RTA Parking Zones, so confirm that your parking spot is eligible.

For Eco Wash, Pressure Wash, and Steam Wash appointments scheduled between 12PM and 3PM, the vehicle must be in a shaded area. This helps support safe, effective service in daytime conditions. Other package-specific notices may apply, so review your chosen service before booking. If your spot is exposed during those hours, choose another time or arrange a suitable shaded parking location.

Eligible ScrubUp services include up to AED 1,000 in damage cover, as stated in the service notices. This provides an added layer of reassurance while trained technicians work on your vehicle at the booked location.
